- The program will cover tuition and accommodation in the dormitories as a scholarship for accepted students.
- There is a €100 registration fee for admitted students. This fee will be refunded after arrival in Munich. The registration fee must be paid after receiving the admission letter (PDF) via email.
- Travel expenses such as visa fees, railway tickets, and flights (economy class only!) can be reimbursed after arrival in Munich, up to a maximum of €500 per person. Participants from non-European countries may receive higher reimbursements, but this is subject to budgetary considerations.
- Optional extracurricular activity, day trip to Castle Neuschwanstein, must be paid for by the participants themselves upon registration at the MISU office in Munich.
- The program contens 60-70 Contact hours and assignments worth up to 6 ECTS credits.
The scholarship includes:
- Academic program tuition.
- Course materials.
- Accommodation in a dormitory affiliated with MISU and LMU Munich.
- 'Mensa card' to cover costs for meals and beverages at LMU cafeterias and dining centers.
- Public transport ticket (i.e., 'Deutschlandticket' or 'IsarCard').
Please take note of the following:
Your participation in the program (and accommodation if booked) is only secured if you transfer the registration fee to our account via money-wire transfer on time to ensure your commitment to the program. The registration fee will be reimbursed upon completing the registration at the MISU office in Munich.
Deadlines for application

Short online interviews may be scheduled after the application deadline. Participants will be selected within one month.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation by student
It must be completed at least four weeks before the course starts. The registration fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation by MISU
A full refund will be provided for all tuition and fees, excluding bank charges.
