The selection of participants is finalized within one month after the application deadline. The most promising students will be selected from all applicants who meet the requirements based on their application materials and brief online interviews.
To uphold the program's high standards, the number of participants is limited to 16 each year.

- Curriculum vitae (CV): You may use the Euro Pass format available at http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu if you do not have your own form.
- Statement of motivation: Applicants should write a short statement of up to one typed page in English about why they wish to participate in the summer program.
- Up-to-date Transcript of Records from your home university to demonstrate the current stage of your studies.
Short online interviews may be scheduled after the application deadline, and participants will be selected within one month.
